Float’n Flash
If the IC-M25 EVO is accidentally dropped into water, it floats, flashes and emits an alarm, reducing the risk of loss during water activities. Icom has led the marine handheld radio industry with this technology since the introduction of the IC-M33 in 2006.

The IC-M25 EVO offers up to 14 hours of extended operation with its power-saving Eco Mode. By reducing transmit power to 2.5W, the operating time increases by approximately 30% compared to the standard 5 W output. This long battery life makes it ideal for your adventures.

USB Type-C charging port
Adopting a USB Type-C port, which is commonly used worldwide, it charges the battery pack in approximately three hours. Additionally, charging with portable batteries (user supplied), provides added convenience and mobility (USB PD is not supported).

AquaQuake
The AquaQuake draining function prevents audio degradation from a water-logged speaker. This function removes water from the speaker grill by vibrating the speaker cone. Even if you get splashed by rain or waves, you can quickly restore the clear audio with AquaQuake.
